What are your hours?: My hours vary wildly for each job. Real estate typically needs a dusk shoot for the exterior, Weddings and portraits love golden hour shoots too. So no, I don't work a typical 9-5 work day.

Where are you located?: I am based in the Bellarine Peninsula, servicing the Surf Coast, Geelong and the surrounding suburbs on the day to day. I frequent Mansfield High Country too, so if this is where you're based, count me in.

In saying that, I love travelling so if your job is in Melbourne or international, I'm always up for an adventure!
What payment options do you accept?: Bank transfer or Credit Card payment.
How long is the typical wait for images?: Real-estate: 48 hours.

Short term rentals 1-4 weeks depending on the package selected.

Weddings: Generally, 4-6 weeks.

Portraits: 1-2 weeks
Do you photograph pets at the wedding?: YES!!

I photograph all members of the family, so if your pooch, bird, cat or lizard is there, I would love to photograph them.
Do you offer Video services?: Sorry I do not offer Videography or any drone imagery at this stage.
Can I give you suggestions and ideas I want photographed?: I always suggest starting a digital inspiration board so we can share ideas easily.

However, your inspiration images will be used for that only, inspiration. I make no promises to recreate other images or that I can capture exactly what you have in mind.

In saying that, I will do my best to capture all your wishes.
Do you have a cancellation policy?: Cancellation/Change of date

Kirstie-Lee's Photography reserves the right to cancel any booking if the Sitting Fee is not received.

Should the Client cancel the Sitting or otherwise breach this Agreement, the Client acknowledges that they will forfeit the Sitting Fee. The Client shall also be responsible for payment of any materials, fees and/or expenses incurred by Kirstie-Lee's Photography up to the time of cancellation.

If the Client requires the Sitting Date to be changed, Kirstie-Lee's Photography will make all reasonable efforts, subject to availability, to reschedule the Sitting Date. If Kirstie-Lee's Photography is unable to accommodate the change of date, it will be treated as a cancellation.

In the event that Kirstie-Lee's Photography is prevented from performing the Services due to the Photographer being injured, ill or otherwise unavailable due to an emergency or other event outside of its control, Kirstie-Lee's Photography will contact the Client as soon as possible to arrange another suitable date and time. Kirstie-Lee's Photography will not be held liable to costs incurred to client should the sitting not occur due to the aforementioned reasons.
What are the travel fee costs?: Each photography package is different, please check each page details along the bottom of each page. Most packages include up to 2 hours return travel from St Leonards on the Bellarine Peninsula, anything outside of this will incur a $60 per hour fee.

EDITING FAQ's

Express delivery of your images may be available, however in most cases an additional fee is required.

If you require an individual colour tone for your images, please ask so we can discuss your options prior to your session.

Standard colour tones are included in the cost of your package.

Basic editing is included. Removal of items, skin blemishes, branding, ect. are charged at an additional cost.

Adding in items such as fires and a creative sky, incur a fee.

Different skies can be added into photos upon request.

Short Term Rental Photography Details

Any food required at photo session will be obtained and paid for by the client.

Requirements for the websites you are listing on will need to be discussed before the photos are edited. If changes are to be made after the edited photos have been delivered, an additional cost will be charged.

The photos will be a mixture of portrait and landscape orientation.

All photos will be in colour unless requested by the client.

All images will come with a standard cropping ratio, anything outside of this will incur a fee.
