SHORT TERM RENTAL PHOTOGRAPHY

With 5 packages to choose from, there will be something to suit your needs.

 

THE BASIC ESSENTIALS - $450

If you're just launching, or need to get some updated photos for your listing, this is the package for you.

You will be able to cover each room and also capture some more detailed close ups.

  • Up to 30 images
  • Up to 2 hours on site

 

LEVEL UP -$800

This package is suited for bigger homes with multiple living areas and outdoor areas to capture, or double story properties.

  • Up to 50 images
  • Up to 3 hours on site 

CONTENT CREATOR - $1600

If social media is on your mind, this is a popular package to cover a few months worth of content! 

We can photograph all the little details and photograph each area in your home from different angles or different linen set so you have a wide variety of imagery.

  • Approx. 200 images
  • Up to 4 hours on site.

 

GIVE ME EVERYTHING - $2500

This is for those hosts who want to be super active on social media across multiple platforms, making reels and a having a daily presence online. 

This package will allow you the freedom to do this!

  • Approx. 300 images
  • On site for 7 hours so you can have the different light throughout the home.
  • Detailed close ups, Full rooms
  • Styling of food and props.
  • Local sights, (eg: walking trails, the beach, the main street ect.)
  • One floor plan- Black and white.

 

AROUND THE CLOCK- OVERNIGHT STAY- $6500

This is the ultimate luxury package for those who's property has different areas that really shine over different parts of the day.

Watch as the shadows move across the landscape and throughout the property, capture the sunrise and sunset on the home.

I also offer this accessibility photography package, to capture the extras one might need to get a more comprehensive grasp on what your property is offering from a practical point of view.

  • 1 site plan to capture surfaces surrounding the property

NOTE: This is only available in addition to any of my other packages.

Photographing for accessibility tourism is about making it easier for someone to choose if your property suits their needs.

The following will be photographed:

  • Rooms in all their entirety
  • Shower size and access
  • Position of hand rails
  • All ramps/ steps
  • Garage, carport and all main entrances
  • I will measure the external door frames and the carport/ garage entrances and draw in the ramps on the plans

This is especially helpful for the hosts with accessibility in mind.

I can measure heights of bed, under beds, kitchen benches, shower step base, step widths, you name it- I'll measure and or photograph it to help your guests booking easier.

I was fortunate to discover Kirstie-lee Photography on social media and met Kirstie-lee herself to help me create amazing photos for my short term holiday rental in St Leonards. As soon as we met, we got along really well and I will continue to use KLP again as my place evolves. We put our ideas together and created a space to help draw in guests to stay. Kirstie-lee photographed our six cottages (King Parrot Cottages and Event Centre) and we could not be more thrilled with the results. The photos are stunning and realistic. Kirstie-lee came up with creative ideas for some staging and got shots from all angles so we have a really good coverage of both artistic photographs as well as photographs the capture the space in a way that is not only beautiful but gives perspective guests an accurate idea of what the cottage looks like. Kirstie-lee was incredible to deal with. She was professional yet friendly, nothing was too hard, nor rushed.
